TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RESET with Linnet (Breakup and Divorce coach): Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply for working with RESET with Linnet Coaching. Please read them carefully before purchasing any support.
Coaching
Coaching is a confidential one-to-one interaction between the Coach and the Client.
The scope of the Coaching Session(s) will be discussed and agreed by the Coach and the Client on a case-by-case basis.
The Coach will be non-judgmental, honest, and professional at all times.
The Coach will provide a safe and supportive environment for the Client so that they feel comfortable and confident to discuss their feelings and details of their issues with the Coach.
The Coach will be honest with the Client if they feel that they are not best placed to help them and will suggest alternative sources of support, where possible.
The Coach will work in confidence with the Client unless permission is sought from the Client to disclose information to a Third Party in order to help the Client further. The Coach has a duty of care to safeguard the Client if the Coach feels that the Client, or anybody else, is at imminent risk of harm or in danger. This may involve disclosure to Statutory Authorities.
The Coach is not a Medical Practitioner, a Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Counsellor, or Psychiatrist. Coaching is not nor should be used as a substitute for appropriate, professional Medical Care for physical or mental health needs.
The Coach will not give legal or financial advice.
Scheduled Sessions and Support.
The first session will be 90 Minutes in length and any subsequent sessions will be 60 minutes in length.
Sessions can be purchased on an individual basis or by way of multiple-session packages.
Bespoke support packages are available if required. These will be agreed by the Coach and the Client on an individual basis.
Support sessions can be in person or virtually. Consultations can take place in Stoke-on-Trent, or in Client’s own home, or at a neutral venue, or by way of telephone calls, or via an online visual mechanism such as Zoom, Teams or Skype.
It is expected that the Scheduled Coaching Sessions will start at the agreed time. Things do happen and so of course the Coach will endeavour to be flexible to accommodate the Client, if possible, but any sessions that begin after the agreed start time due to the Client’s late arrival for whatever reason may not be able to be extended beyond the pre-arranged finish time of the session due to other commitments.
In the case of last-minute issues beyond the Client’s control please contact the Coach as soon as possible on +44 742 7647935.
The Client may leave a coaching session with an agreed action plan designed to help them move forward positively. The Coach may ask the Client to complete small ‘tasks’ or ‘exercises’ between sessions. The Client is under no obligation to complete these, but if they are suggested by the Coach then they would be designed to maximise the positive benefits of the coaching.
Where email or telephone support between scheduled coaching sessions is agreed as part of the support package for any given Client, the Coach will make themselves available, within reason.
The Coach will endeavour to respond to any correspondence as promptly as possible, within usual business hours.
Payment
The investment for the Coaching Sessions will be agreed between the Coach and the Client and this will be confirmed via email to the Client.
The investment for any bespoke support packages, specific email or telephone support that is agreed between the Coach and the Client will be confirmed via email to the Client.
Fees are payable to the Coach in advance of coaching sessions/support work, unless otherwise agreed.
Any payment schedules that have been agreed between the Coach and the Client will be set out in an email to the Client in advance.
Travel expenses and the Coach’s time are charged for any consultations held outside of a 10-mile radius of Trentham, Stoke-On-Trent.
Where travel expenses and The Coach’s time are to be charged for, these will be discussed and agreed with Client, in writing, in advance of the coaching consultation.
Payment to RESET with Linnet Coaching will be made by Bank Transfer. Details will be supplied on the confirmation email sent to the Client.
If a payment has not been received in advance of a session, the Coach is not obliged to provide the session.
The Client can request a receipt for services provided by the Coach, and this will be sent via email.
Cancellation policy
If the Client is unable to attend a scheduled coaching session, please inform the Coach as soon as possible, ideally with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice in advance of the arranged session date. The Coach will try in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting as soon as possible.
If the Client fails to attend a scheduled session or does not give the required notice of at least 48 hours, the Coach reserves the right to retain the fees paid.
In the case of a serious accident, emergency, or other situation beyond the Client’s control, please deal with the situation first, and then notify the Coach as soon as you are able. The Coach will try in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting as soon as possible.
On the rare occasion that the Coach needs to cancel or amend an appointment, 5 days’ notice will be given (if possible) and an alternative time will be offered to the Client.
Holidays
The Coach will give appropriate notice of any planned holiday if they will be unavailable. The Coach will endeavour to minimise interruption to the schedule of any pre-booked coaching sessions with affected Clients. The Coach will endeavour to provide alternative dates/times to any affected Clients should that be necessary.
Termination
Either the Client or Coach may terminate their agreement at any time with 7 day’s written notice.
If the client wishes to cease coaching, The Coach will refund to the Client any pre-paid fees for any scheduled appointment(s)/Bespoke Coaching Services, providing that the required notice has been given.
If the Coach wishes to terminate the coaching relationship, then, as far as possible, the Coach will explain the reasons to the Client, and refund to the Client any pre-paid fees for any scheduled appointment(s)/Bespoke Coaching Services.
Confidentiality
Any personal information shared with the Coach by the Client as part of the coaching relationship will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the Client’s prior consent, except where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the Client or someone else.
It is, of course, not possible to protect the confidentiality of information that is transmitted electronically through emails and computers connected to the internet that do not utilise security or encryption protection.
Where work is conducted in a group setting, the Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information communicated to the Client by the Coach and the other participants in the group.
